Mr. Dudhniwala is a MedCo registered Medicolegal expert and provides Medical reports for Personal injury claims related to Road Traffic accidents (Whiplash injuries), Falls, Workplace accidents (Slip & trips) etc. He has received training in preparing medico-legal reports at Bond Solon courses and keeps himself well versed with the latest publications and developments in Medicolegal reporting.

Mr. Dudhniwala accepts instructions from both claimants and defendants. He regularly receives instructions from several national level personal injury law firms and Medical reporting organisations.

Appointment for the client’s examination is routinely offered within 1-2 weeks of instruction and can be accommodated sooner based on urgency of the case. Medical reports are typically produced within 10 days of examination depending on the complexity.

Five stars in all categories is something I would rarely give in a review, but in the treatment I received from Mr Abdul Gaffar Dudhniwala it is totally justified. I felt confident from the very first consultation that I was receiving sound advice and expert treatment. I was confident in his knowledge and ability as a surgeon. The results proved that this confidence was well placed. I also particularly noticed his friendly, approachable manner and willingness to explain my medical condition and answer my long list of questions. I was also pleased that his approach to my surgery was to be 'adaptive' in that he would broaden the procedure depending on the actual condition of my spine discovered during surgery. I have been seeing Mr Dudhniwala as an out patient for just over a year and then on 17 January 2023 he operated on me “ Decompression Surgery of Spinal cord”.
